Plastinka, S.A. was set up as a company in the mould-making and injection-moulding sector in 1974. With 17 workers and a two-storey plant occupying 2,300 m2 and housing its production sections: Mould-making and Plastic Injection Moulding. Within 5 years Plastinka, S.A. had consolidated itself as one of the leading-edge companies in its sector. In 1987 the company expanded with an additional 1,155 m2 again on two floors, as all the previous space had been taken up. In 1997 a second expansion took place, with another 500 m2 for production purposes as well as raw material and finished product warehouses. Another even bigger expansion occurred in 1999, with 2,250 m2 again divided between two stories.
The workforce currently numbers 70 and operates on a three-shift basis.
We work with customers both in Spain and the rest of Europe and are developing new products with important customers in today’s market.
At PLASTINKA S.A. we help to solve problems inherent to the manufacture of plastic parts, in all phases of development:
- Control of Design and Construction of the mould necessary to manufacture them.
- Obtaining plastic parts with the adaptations necessary up to their approval.
- Mass production using different injection-moulding equipment.
- Decorative finishes on items requiring it: Screen printing, Tampoprinting, Thermal printing, Welding, Painting, etc.
- All based on the inescapable premise of meeting market requirements in terms of price, quality and service.
